Mr. Bozorg pour’s villa in Bandpey is 180 square meters in size
This modern villa with a stunning design in the heart of nature offers a unique view of the combination of modern architecture and traditional materials. The use of brick as the main element in the facade of the building has added a sense of warmth and authenticity to the environment, while the large windows and open design of the spaces invite natural light and pristine views of the surrounding nature into the home. The story of Yar House began when a family set out on their architectural journey. We joined the project midway, where the built structure did not properly correspond to the width of the site. we decided to start whit proportions prioritizing the balance between the project’s dimensions and the site it self. By introducing breck partition that generated a new space in the rear courtyard, we resolved this issue. From there, the architecture evolved through the interplay of arches and vaults, the warmth and coolness of metal and earth. Whit the hope that love will remain everlasting in this space.
