The building of Mr. Rasulzadeh Babol
This three-story duplex building with a modern design and the use of exposed concrete displays an effect of contemporary architecture. Long and elongated windows direct the daylight inside and strengthen the sense of connection with the outside space. The green terraces facing the street have provided a relaxing space to relax and enjoy the fresh air, and the combination of concrete with green elements has created a beautiful harmony between strength and nature.

Khorshid house is a place where light resides—an architectural, romantic light that defines the quality of space and, emerging from the narrow alleys of the building’s old neighborhood, brings life to the home and the family. This project was meaning-driven: The meaning of light’s presence, the meaning of integration with the local fabric—designed in a way that the building remains in touch with contemporary life, while the spirit of the neighborhood is preserved and unharmed. Accordingly, the ratio of transparent surfaces to solid façade is conceived so that it feels as though there are no rigid boundaries. Green elements emerge in such a way that life seems to flow beneath the skin of the building.
